A development currently in construction. Built on the polluted gasworks site that has lain empty for years, these flats dominate tower over the high st just as the gasworks did. Illustrations are developers artistic impressions - although I had the good taste not to reproduce the one of the 'attractive young couple' in a gym they use to sell the flats. On a personal note, I had to ask three times before they gave me one of their glossy brochures in the show house, I suspect because they'd sussed I was local, and therefore, by definition, unlikely to afford the £300-500,00 price tag on these flats. They couldn't have made me feel less welcome.
